Findings become systems that run in production.

Northflow owns the full stack, from data and integrations to the running application, and keeps it in operation. Two systems built this way run today.

The operational problem

Most analysis stops at a report. Then someone else has to build, integrate and operate, and most of the value is lost in that gap. Northflow closes it, and stays after the system is in production.

How we deliver

Own the stack
Design system, frontend, backend, database and integrations under one roof. No chain of subcontractors where accountability dissolves.
Integrate with what exists
ERP, payments, catalogue, authentication. We connect to the systems you already run instead of demanding that everything be replaced.
Maintain in production
We do not deliver and disappear. The systems we build stay in operation, monitored and developed over time.

Systems in production

Ref. A, Multi-organisation commerce for trade and consumer.

Situation
a commerce vendor needed B2B and B2C sales from one catalogue, with correct pricing and terms per customer type.
Built
a multi-organisation commerce platform: dual pricing (trade and consumer), account-based access, and ERP-integrated invoicing, on one design system.
In production today
serving both customer types from a shared catalogue.

Ref. B, Multilingual multisite, industrial materials.

Situation
a Nordic industrial materials group ran several brand sites separately, in multiple languages, without a common foundation.
Built
a migration to a multi-organisation CMS: several brands, several languages, shared components, distinct identities.
In production today
runs as the group's live multisite.

Delivery proves that Northflow can build at infrastructure level, and the way into a new engagement is the analysis rather than a platform purchase; you own the data and the systems.

Have a finding that deserves a system? Bring the problem, and we will show what it looks like when analysis becomes something that actually runs.
